This message is intended for families who have received a letter from Hamilton Public Health in the mail indicating that their child’s vaccination records are not up to date. If Hamilton Public Health Services does not have an up-to-date vaccination record or a valid medical or non-medical exemption on file for your child, your child may be suspended from school during the 2025–2026 school year under the Immunization of School Pupils Act.
