Catholic School Climate Survey

The HWCDSB will continue to administer the Catholic School Climate Survey, the Health and Peer Relations Study (HPRS), to students in Grades 4–12. In alignment with the Accepting Schools Act (2012), the ongoing use of the HPRS will help guide informed decision-making and support meaningful recommendations for our Catholic school communities. Secondary students will not require active consent; rather, they will require passive consent. Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child(ren) to participate will return an “opt-out” form, to the classroom teacher who will be facilitating the survey.
